Cairns Queens Court is a privately owned and managed hotel, catering for the holiday maker or corporate traveller. It is ideally located within the city centre, close to the vibrant Esplanade and main business centres. Our detail to presentation, hospitality and guest comfort is of paramount importance, as we want you to have welcome and enjoyable stay with us.
Our property features at Queens Court are of exceptional value. Our transit lounge and surrounding eye catching tropical gardens offers guests a relaxing atmosphere. Further hotel facilities include guest laundry, swimming pool, BBQ are, free overnight luggage storage and secure onsite parking. There is free WiFi available and our premier accommodation is also suitable for business stays as it includes ADSL broadband.
24 hour check-in is available by prior arrangement.
Our modern hotel offers a wide choice of rooms to suit all budgets. From air-conditioned budget rooms with shared bathrooms to our luxurious self contained studios.


* The entire exterior of the hotel has been repainted, to give the hotel a modern and contemporary look and feel.
* A Bar and Beer Garden have been built. The hotel has an on-site Liquor Licence, with Beer, Wine and Pre-Mixed drinks available from reception, as well as the bar. The beer garden is open all year round. Bar opening hours fluctuate, based
on the seasons. Alcohol sales are available all year round.
* Coin Operated BBQ is available for guest use as of Easter 2021.
* Ground floor units are now Pet Friendly. Please contact Reception for details on how to book a room that also caters to pets.
Refurbishment program begins in May 2021. Interconnecting / Family rooms will be renovated first. The refurb program is expected to run between 24-36 months. Guests will NOT be impacted during this time
Just a reminder that Cairns forms part of the Federal Government Incentive package, which covers 50% of the cost of airfares for guests travelling to and from Cairns as of April 1st 2021.

   Cancellation Policy

Cairns Queens Court's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Cairns Queens Court will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Cairns Queens Court is only six kilometres from the Domestic and International Airport Terminals, a short 15 minute coach ride or taxi.
Taxis or shuttle buses are available to Queens Court. After arriving at the airport take a taxi to the hotel - it will be a 15-20 minute ride from there. If travelling by train or bus we are just a 5-10 minute ride from the bus/train terminals.  Google Map

Our Staff, are fully knowledgeable on all tours and are happy to advise which attractions & tours are available to make your stay more enjoyable. All bookings can be made at the hotel with tour operators picking up and dropping back at Queens Court.

Queens Court offers a perfect location to explore the Great Barrier Reef, World Heritage listed Rainforest whether on a tour or at your own leisure. Tours to the Great Barrier Reef, Green Island, Fitzroy Island, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation, Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail can be arranged from our reception team.
