The light filled open plan main lounge is an absolute delight to relax in featuring all new coastal themed décor, ultra-plush couches, air-con and 55” Flat screen TV. The main lounge also features extensive by-folds that open onto the front courtyard which is shaded by established tropical gardens. Just off the main lounge is the casual dining area, a great spot for a casual drink or game of cards. There is easy access to the large downstairs powder room from the main lounge and dining area.

Rumpus Room/Pool Room:
A huge separate Rumpus Room features air-con, full sized POOL TABLE, bar area and extensive by-fold doors that open up to invite the outdoors in. The ultimate spot to relax and enjoy a game of pool while taking in the stunning water and pool views at the same time. With this area open to the undercover patio you have easy access to the outside dining and BBQ area.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stunning open plan kitchen features stone bench-tops, 2pac cupboards, double door stainless steel fridge, stainless steel appliances including 2 x single draw dishwashers and island prep bench-top. From the kitchen you will enjoy views over the pool and to the waterfront. Directly in front of the kitchen is a large open plan dining space and extensive by folds that open up to the huge undercover rear entertaining space. There is a second separate casual dining area also off the main lounge as well as extensive outdoor dining options.

Bedroom 1 (Master):
The luxurious master bedroom is extremely spacious and has been stylishly decorated featuring large king sized bed, air-con/heating, sitting area with views to the waterfront, huge wide outdoor undercover balcony with outdoor setting (amazing water/city views), 50” TV, massive walk in robe and luxury ensuite with SPA BATH. For your added comfort the master bedroom has block out drapes and ceiling fan. For those with small children there is a bedroom located off the master (separated by sliding door), where children can share 1 x king bed (or convert into 2 x singles on request), this bedroom also has fantastic water views.

Bedroom 2:
A stunning room located just off the master (separated via sliding door) and features all new paint, new blinds, water views, city views, ceiling fan, access to the ensuite and large king bed that can be converted into 2 x singles on required. This layout is ideal for parents with smaller children who would like them to sleep close by.

Bedroom 3:
Features air-con, ceiling fan, BIR, queen bed, light and modern coastal décor, built in desk space and chair, plus access to private balcony. All bedrooms have brand new beds and furniture. Bedroom 3 is next door to the central bathroom with twin basins and separate bath.

Bedroom 4:
This room also features air-con, ceiling fan, BIR, close access to the central bathroom and has 1 x double bed.

Bedroom 5:
The kids will absolutely adore the HUGE Nautical themed room with 2 x single beds (or 1 x king on request), plus sofa bed available to sleep an additional 1-2 children (on request). This room also has air-con/heating, full block out quality drapes, BIR, and lovely Nautical themed furnishings.

Outdoors:
‘Magic on Main’ is an entertainers dream with extensive by-folds that open up onto the amazing rear outdoor entertaining area. No matter what the weather there is always somewhere to sit, relax, dine or entertaining with comfortable lounges undercover, large 8 seater dining table, as well as a side BBQ area and numerous sunny spots around the pool. For the keen fisherman you will be blown away by the HUGE OVER WATER FISHING PLATFORM that is built over the waterfront with handrail. Lots of mud crabs and fish can be caught here all year round. At the front of the house is a tiled courtyard space surrounded by tropical palms with own sitting area. The whole property is fully fenced and secure making it very child friendly.
