Located across the road from the Sussex Street property, Kingsleigh is
part of a boutique block containing eight single level, 3 star, fully serviced, one bedroom apartments.
Ideal for families, there is a sparkling swimming pool on the rooftop for your enjoyment.

For your comfort and enjoyment all the following facilities and services are standard in all rooms in both properties: Ensuite bathroom, Air-conditioning / heating, 32" LCD TV, well appointed kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and Private balcony.

This property has a strict "No Party" policy for the comfort all guests. Only registered guests are permitted in the property after 10pm.

It is important for all guests to be aware that both the Sussex Street and King Street properties have steep stairs leading from the footpath to the main entrance.
